To purchase a Deed, you need to be on that Deeds Page. To locate a deed, go to the home page and use the Deed Locator box. Just start typing the letters you are wanting (they can be anywhere in the name) and a list will be generated based on your entry. The more you type the more refined the results will be.

Example: If you want to search for a Boeing 747, but was unsure as to spell Boeing, you could start typing 747 and your list would find it. Likewise, if you were to type in the word Boeing, you would be placed at the start of the Boeing List, but as soon as you typed the next space and then 7, you would see the 747's come up.

Once you see the Deed you are after in the list, just click on it and you will be taken to the Virtual Deeds Page.

If the deed is for sale you will see either of the following two options:

a. For Sale

b. For Sale by Auction

If the item is for sale, then you will see the selling price and a buy now button. Just click the button and follow the prompts.

If the item is for sale by auction, you will see the selling price and buy now button as above as well as an area to make a bid if you want to buy by way of auction. Once someone makes a bid, then the buy now option will disappear and it will only sell by auction.

When you purchase the Deed, you must use the return to site link in Paypal to have your Deed transferred to you automatically. Failure to do this will result in us not knowing anything about it until you send an email. Full instructions are in the purchasing pages if you get that far. This activation will send you an email with a new randomly generated password that you can use to access the control panel. This password should be changed on your first visit.

The time taken to increase your Deeds value depends on the following:

a. The more hits your page gets

b. The more advertisers you have on your page

c. The more sponsors you have on your page

As these increase the value increases.

NOTE: Our software will detect and notify us of suspicious activity that results in the artificial increase of the deeds hit counter. We will then personally investigate these values and if warranted, we will stop that computer from being able to update the hit counters on any deeds. We are committed to making sure that the values displayed are accurate reflections of the deeds value and will take steps to prevent over inflation.

To Advertise your Deed there are a few things you can do:

Remember, the more advertising you do, the more business you will receive.

On the Deed page there is a button called My Control Panel. Just click this and enter your password and your in. You will also be send a direct link in your purchase email.

To be broker in TransportDeeds website, you will need to own two hundred Deeds or more. The benefit of being a broker is immense. You will have the ability to buy, trade, swap, sell or barter right here at the Brokers forum located in the general forum from the top menu.

You will also have a Virtual Company Name (of your choice) that will give you shares to the value of your Deeds. This will allow other buyers to invest money with you and buy shares in your company. They will get a return of profit for investing with you.

When you get to this level, please notify TransportDeeds and they will explain this in more detail.

Well, that amount belongs to you. Basically, whatever amount you want for it. Remember, if you purchased it from TransportDeeds, you would have only paid around AU$ 10.00 - AU$ 20.00 for it and if you have had it for a while and it has been visited very heavily you can bet its worth a whole lot more that what you paid for it. The Deed itself will have its own value and the advertising spots and sponsorship spots will also have value. They have paid you to be on that Deed also. So the whole Deed with all its advertising links and sponsors will make that Deed become a very profitable investment to someone and can be worth thousands of dollars.

There is also an option to sell your Deed by auction. That way you might even get more than what you first thought if it is a well sought after Deed.

Transfer of Deed Ownership should occur within 24 hours of you making your purchase. If this has not happened, please contact us and we will make enquiries as to why this has not happened. Provide details to us of the date of payment, the amount paid as well as the Deed Name.
